I'm Busy

I'm busy but I'm totally tired. What a pain. I hate that. When you have a bunch to do but you are wiped out and you don't wanna do it. You see the pile of laundry and you know you need to fold it but you don't wanna...however, you also can't sleep on the bed cause the laundry is on the bed...therefore, you can't get any rest.

I also don't know how but my 3 month old has a built in radar. He knows when my eyes close to take a nap and he wakes right up. It really is amazing. If I don't try to take a nap he will nap for hours at a time. If I close my eyes to sleep he immediately wakes up and is fully alert and wants me to play with him. It has to be some sort of internal indicator.

I've managed to pretty much stay on top of most of the cleaning everywhere but our bedroom where the laundry is. I really hate doing laundry...can you tell?

We have people coming over this weekend. A couple on Friday, and a party on Saturday. Tons of family Monday - Wednesday so I really need to get my butt in gear. Menu's to make, food to buy. LAUNDRY (ugh that word...blah) to do. Floors, toilets, and all those things you don't do unless someones coming over.

I had someone ask me where I worked the other day. I said I was a stay at home mom. They replied, oh, you have plenty of time....and that must be easy. Now no one reads this right now, but in case someone does some day, I'm not really nice sometimes, and I can be blunt. I held my tongue and smiled nicely and said it's hard to explain it unless you've done it... I wanted to say:

SHUTUP YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING!!!!! lol

Now I'll go back to thinking about my laundry, looking at the sleeping baby, thinking about putting up the groceries and all the other things that I have plenty of time to do cause being me is really easy. lol, ...and sometimes it kinda is!

Kid Drama

So yesterday was quite a day. We get through getting up, getting to church, getting through church and are chatting with everyone when the youth pastor says to me "I think your kid is hurt". I turn around and sure enough she's on the ground crying. She had been running around the gym the the other Youth Director's kiddo's and had tripped over her own feet and fell flat on her own face...busted lip, bloody nose, and the kicker....knocked both front teeth loose!

Took a trip to the Er to be safe, to the dentist today. Everything looks like it will be okay. Better safe then sorry. She may lose those teeth a little early but no major damage, at least not appearing now.

I am extra tired today. We had a busy weekend, museum trip, lots of church, ER, dinner out, and busy at home...lol. I didn't sleep that great last night. I think there was just too much going on in my head from such a full weekend.

The baby is a little cranky today probably cause he had such a busy weekend too.

Somehow the one person who has plenty of energy is Cece...I think she could have knocked her teeth out and had a broken nose and would still be going ninety to nothing. Takes a lot to put her down!!!!

New Blog

So I am going to start this...at least try. I am not very good at remembering to keep these things up but I'll try.

I have two kiddos (4 1/2 yr old girl and 2 month old boy) and one husband. I think I have enough of each lol. Right now my main quest in life is getting some sleep.

I'll try to actually post something interesting tomorrow, this will do for now :0)
